The rules for using FuryRoadMap, and who runs it.

The service

FuryRoadMap lets you publish a public product roadmap on your own website, through an embed, an iframe or a hosted page at furyroadmap.fun/r/<slug>. These terms apply to everyone who uses it. By creating an account, you accept them.

FuryRoadMap is for professionals: founders, teams and companies, including people preparing to launch a business. By creating an account, you confirm you use it for your business. It is not offered to consumers.

Your account

  • Use an email address you control. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One roadmap per account.
  • Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to your account.

Your content

You keep every right to your roadmaps and items. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, format and show them through the app, the embed, the hosted page, the public API and link previews, only to run the service and for as long as they are on FuryRoadMap. Anyone can read and copy a public roadmap, and we cannot control those copies.

You are responsible for what you publish. It must be lawful and must not infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and tell you why, as described in Reporting content.

When you embed your roadmap, your visitors’ browsers connect to our servers, which see their IP address. Mention FuryRoadMap in your own privacy notice and link to our Privacy policy.

Our side

The service, its code, its design and the FuryRoadMap name and logo remain ours. Using the service does not give you any right to them beyond using FuryRoadMap as these terms describe.

Acceptable use

Do not use FuryRoadMap to:

  • publish unlawful, hateful, misleading or infringing content;
  • send spam or malware, or phish;
  • overload, probe or get around the limits and security of the service or its API;
  • resell or copy the service itself.

Reporting content

To report content you think is illegal, email hello@furyroadmap.fun with the link to the roadmap or item, why you think it is illegal, your name and email, and a statement that your report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We confirm receipt, review every report by hand and tell you what we decided. We use no automated moderation.

If we remove or restrict your content or account, we tell you which content, what we did, why, and how to contest it: reply to our email, or go to court.

Contact point under the EU Digital Services Act, for authorities and users: hello@furyroadmap.fun, in English or French.

Plans and price

The Free plan is free. It includes one roadmap, unlimited items, four theme presets and a “Powered by FuryRoadMap” badge that the embed always shows. Do not hide or remove it.

The Pro plan (€9 per month or €79 per year) is not open yet. Before anyone can buy it, these terms will be updated with its billing, renewal and cancellation rules, and the price will be shown before payment.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FuryRoadMap available and your roadmap online, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or remove features; if a change takes away something you rely on, we tell you in advance by email.

Ending

You can stop at any time: delete your roadmap in Settings, or ask us to close your account at hello@furyroadmap.fun. When your account is closed, we delete its data within 30 days. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and tell you why, as described in Reporting content.

Liability

FuryRoadMap is provided as it is. Between professionals, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue, and our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of €100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms and applicable law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; for significant changes we tell account holders by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not accept a change, close your account before it applies.

These terms are written in English and governed by French law. We keep every version; ask us for the one you accepted.

Before going to court, write to hello@furyroadmap.fun so we can try to settle the matter. Failing that, the courts competent under French law will decide. If the law treats you as a consumer anyway, nothing in these terms takes away the rights that the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you, including going to the courts where you live.
